What is the delivery time?
The exact delivery time depends on your order quantity. The normal delivery date is 7-10 days after confirming your order and payment.

We require a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance before shipping. We support T/T, L/C, VISA, Mastercard, etc.
How is the shipping method?
Depending on your actual address, we can arrange shipment by sea, air, truck, or railway. We can also deliver to your specified warehouse.
How do I learn to use the machine?
An operation video and manual will be sent with the machine. Our engineers provide online training, and site training is available if necessary.
What should I do if problems occur during the warranty period?
We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this time, we will provide replacement parts (excluding artificial damage). We also offer lifelong technical support.
