The cantilever robot intelligent welding workstation is equipped with a teaching-free welding system and a wide-angle weld tracker. It can directly import 3D model files from Tekla, SOLIDWORKS or UG, automatically matching welding process parameters and identifying the accurate position of the weld to generate the optimal process.

The workstation includes an automatic gun washing device and customizable track lengths, offering maximum flexibility for various workpiece sizes. It is primarily used for welding H-shaped steel ordinary reinforced plates, column base plates, and other heavy steel structures.
