Laser Profiler Inspection Crawler System Pipe Deformation Laser Scan

The Profiler has been developed to provide pipeline engineers and contractors very accurate empirical data on the ovality, capacity, and other conditions in new and existing pipelines. The Profiler simply attaches to your existing CCTV Camera and the resulting CCTV images are analysed using innovative 'machine vision' software. For use with compatible cameras and pipe diameters from 100 mm up to 2000 mm.

Projects a laser light in a radial plane perpendicular to the camera's line of sight.
Easily attaches to existing CCTV Camera or Transporter systems.
Captures single frames for analysis in JPEG, BMP, or TIFF formats.
Text can be placed anywhere within the captured video image.
Line graphs display cross-sectional amplitude over the entire pipe length.
Obtains actual degradation of the pipe using laser profiling tools.
